已有报告产生α亚基的垂体肿瘤或为单纯分泌α-亚基的肿瘤或伴有其他垂体激素的过量分泌。多数TSH分泌肿瘤患者血浆中α亚基的浓度升高。促性腺激素也为糖蛋白,由α及β亚基组成。新近发现在4例患促性腺激素腺瘤的患者,血浆α亚基水平升高。本文观察了整体条件下,患者对各种刺激的促性腺激素和α亚基反应,并在2例患者,用免疫组织化学检测Δα亚基的含量。4例48~68岁垂体促性腺素分泌腺瘤男性患者,有视野改变及血浆促性腺激素水平变化。另选7例19~73岁因患原发性性腺功能衰竭血浆LH及FSH水平升高的患者作为LHRH兴奋试验对照组。LHRH兴奋试验系于静脉注射100μgLHRH之前以及注射后30、60和90分钟取血。于2例行睾
Pituitary tumors that produce the alpha subunit have been reported or tumors secreted as alpha-subunit alone or with excessive secretion of other pituitary hormones. The majority of TSH-secreting tumor patients have elevated plasma concentrations of the alpha subunit. Gonadotropins are also glycoproteins, composed of alpha and beta subunits. Recently, 4 patients with gonadotroph adenoma were found to have elevated levels of plasma alpha subunit. In this study, we observed the response of various stimulated gonadotrophins and α subunits under the whole condition, and in 2 patients, the content of Δα subunit was detected by immunohistochemistry. 4 cases of 48 to 68-year-old male gonadotropin-secreting adenoma male patients with visual field changes and changes in plasma levels of gonadotropin. Another 7 patients aged 19-73 years with primary hypogonadal plasma LH and elevated levels of FSH as LHRH excitement test control group.
