金属板料由于材料性质不同,冶金和轧制过程工艺因素的影响,在金属内部形成织构现象,造成板料平面各向和厚向的机械性能差异。这种异向性现象,在各种金属板料中都或多或少存在,不过有的较为严重,有的不甚明显而已。实践证明,板料异向性特征对成形过程有影响,尤其是深拉延过程有影响。本文从将板料的厚向异性着手讨论异向性对深拉延的影响。
Due to the different material properties, metallurgical and rolling process, the metal sheet forms the texture in the interior of the metal, resulting in the difference of the mechanical properties in all directions and thicknesses of the sheet metal. This anisotropic phenomenon, all kinds of sheet metal are more or less exist, but some more serious, some not obvious only. Practice has proved that the anisotropy of sheet metal forming process has an impact, especially the deep drawing process has an impact. In this paper, we begin with discussing the sheet anisotropy to discuss the effect of anisotropy on deep drawing.
