本文介绍了改ZZ863热芯盒射芯机为SO_2法吹气冷芯盒制芯机的改装经验,为探讨SO_2法射砂制芯的工艺设备特点、改热法制芯为冷法制芯积累了经验。用该机射制复杂的流道液压件砂芯,尺寸精度高,成本低于壳芯,生产率(自动时)每小时35盒。
This paper introduces the modification experience of ZZ863 hot box core shooter for SO2 air blowing cold core box core making machine. In order to discuss the characteristics of process equipment of SO2 sand blasting core, . The machine is used to shoot the complex flow channel hydraulic sand core with high dimensional accuracy and lower cost than the shell core. The production rate (automatically) is 35 boxes per hour.
