科学社会主义史划分为社会主义革命史(含过渡时期)和社会主义建设史。与之对应,科学社会主义理论应包括社会主义革命论(含过渡时期理论)和社会主义建设论两大部分。实践证明了社会主义革命论的行之有效,实践同样证明了自十月革命到本世纪80年代以来社会主义建设理论的不系统和不成功。现实摆在所有社会主义国家面前的是同一个问题:如何建设社会主义?本文认为,建设有中国特色社会主义理论具有对当代世界社会主义运动的一般性指导意义,它初步回答了如何建设社会主义这一历史性、世界性的问题,这是对科学社会主义的重大贡献。
The history of scientific socialism is divided into the history of socialist revolution (including the transition period) and the history of socialist construction. Correspondingly, the scientific socialism theory should include two parts: the theory of socialist revolution (including the theory of the transition period) and the theory of socialist construction. Practice has proved that the theory of socialist revolution is effective and that practice also proves the unsystematic and unsuccessful theory of socialist construction since the October Revolution and the 1980s. The reality is that all socialist countries are facing the same question: How to build socialism? This paper holds that the theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics has the general guiding significance to the socialist movement in the world at present. It initially answers the questions of how to build socialism This historic and cosmopolitan issue is a major contribution to scientific socialism.
