在某次邮展上,曾有豪富放言,要把邮展中的精品邮票,悉数买下作为自己的收藏,结果遭到一片嘘声。此事至今在集邮界和邮市里,仍被传为笑柄。集邮,讲究的是专而博,即在专的主题上,广收博取。古今中外集邮名家,乃至普通集邮爱好者,莫不以此为信条。否则,即便有雄厚的资金,有充裕的时间,有最精到的经验也绝对不可能把全世界的邮票一网打尽,尽收囊中。而收集宗教专题邮票,更是如此。
