基于世界经济和中国经济进入2002年以来的运行状况,日前,亚洲开发银行发表了《2002年亚洲经济展望》;国际货币基金组织(IMF)发表了《2002年春季世界经济展望》;中国社会科学院发表了《中国经济形势分析与预测2002年春季报告》。这些报告从不同层面分析了世界经济和中国经济的走向亚行和 IMF 认为,全球经济复苏的迹象越来越显著,美国经济正在逐步摆脱衰退,欧元区、日本和亚洲一些发展中国家的经济也出现了积极的变化。因此,IMF 上调了今明两年的世界经济增长率:2002年增长2.9%,2003年增长4.1%,分别比其在2001年末做出的预期高出0.2和0.7个百分点。
Based on the world economy and the operation of the Chinese economy since 2002, the Asian Development Bank released the 2002 Asian Economic Outlook; the International Monetary Fund (IMF) released the “2002 World Economic Outlook for the World”; the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Published “China’s economic situation analysis and forecast of the spring of 2002 report.” These reports analyze the world economy and the trend of China’s economy at different levels. ADB and the IMF believe that the signs of global economic recovery are more and more obvious. The U.S. economy is gradually getting out of recession. The economies of the Eurozone, Japan and some developing countries in Asia There have been positive changes. As a result, the IMF raised the world economic growth rate for the next two years: 2. 9% in 2002 and 4.1% in 2003, respectively 0.2 and 0.7 percentage points higher than its forecast at the end of 2001.
