自学能力是一般能力的综合运用,是教育目标的一个重要因素。自学过程是一项复杂艰辛的创造性劳动过程,是不断探索、发现、理解和掌握知识、开拓思路的过程,所以要培养学生自学的能力,首先就要激发学生的兴趣,教给学生自学的方法,发挥学生的主体作用,引导学生亲身实践,独立探索,动脑、动口、动手,在获取知识的同时提高自学能力。
