从卫生经济学目前的学科建设状况来看,要想再向前迈一大步,如果不提倡突破意识,恐怕难以适应卫生改革对理论的迫切呼唤。在学术方面要敢于冲破传统的思维方式,应充分体现竞争的意识,理论上的大胆反思,才能保证实践上的稳步推进。理论发展既是旧内容的继承、充实和修改,更是新内容的探索、创造和确立。特别是要敢于打开原有的理论疆界,淘汰一些熟悉的条条。陌生的东西往往预示着全新的理论形态出现。从这一点说,没有突破就没有发展。
From the current status of the discipline of health economics, if we want to take another major step forward, we may find it hard to adapt to the urgency of the theory of health reform if we do not advocate breakthrough awareness. We must dare to break through the traditional way of thinking in the academic field, should fully reflect the consciousness of competition, and make bold rethought in theory in order to ensure the steady progress in practice. Theoretical development is not only the inheritance, enrichment and revision of old content, but also the exploration, creation and establishment of new content. In particular, we should dare to open the original theoretical boundaries and eliminate some familiar rules. Strange things often indicate a new theory of appearance. From this point of view, there is no development without a breakthrough.
