1 引言1.1 生态经济系统工程的基本概念生态经济系统工程是运用生态科学、经济科学和系统科学,特别是生态经济学、系统生态学和经济系统分析的理论和方法,收集和处理生态经济系统动态信息,采取恰当的控制措施,正确处理生态系统、经济系统内部以及两者之间的复合关系,实现生态经济系统的合理组建与最佳运行,持续提高系统整体功能的工程技术。1.2 生态经济系统工程的对象与任务1.2.1 生态经济系统工程的对象是由生态系统与经济系统复合而成的生态经济系统1.2.2 生态经济系统工程的任务是解决生态经济系统中的总体协调问题,尤其是生态系统与经济系统的复合关系问题
