一种新的经济制度建立和完善的过程,内蕴着深刻的文化前提和条件。经营者职业化的发展过程必然也伴随着一种文化的创新与认同过程,同时这个文化的创新与认同过程又将支撑和促进职业化进程的发展。中国的传统文化,是在小农生产方式的基础上成长起来的,经营者职业是在市场经济确立过程中逐步形成的。我们的文化模式随着社会经济环境的变迁以及企业体制、制度改革和机制创新工作的不断深化,表现出越来越多的不适应,如:“商而优则仕”的官本位意识;以情缘价值观为中心的“伦理本位”思想;“家族化”与“泛家族化”的管理文化;“传子不传贤”的承传方式;道德风险。我们对有形制度的设计和安排,应把握住文化变迁的滞后性和缓慢性,结合文化上的接受和适应程度来推动文化的发展与变革,从而促进我国的经营者职业化进程。
