为检验导引养生功练习前后对普通大学生体质结构的影响,从而更好地为全民健身服务,采用文献资料法、测试法、实验法、数理统计法等研究方法对在校普通大学生进行为期5个月的实验研究,运用单因素方差分析法和因子分析法对实验研究的数据进行统计分析。结果显示:普通大学生在导引养生功练习后的体质结构存在显著性差异,影响普通大学生体质结构的呼吸系统功能和力量素质指标、心肌功能指标、心血管系统机能和柔韧素质指标、肾功能指标4个主要特征(共性因子)都得到了改善,说明练习导引养生功有助于改善学生的体质水平,为导引养生功的推广提供了坚实的科学依据。
In order to test the impact of the introduction of health promotion exercises on physical structure of ordinary college students so as to better serve the national fitness, using the methods of literature, test, experiment, mathematical statistics and other research methods for college students for a period of 5 Months of experimental study, the use of single factor analysis of variance and factor analysis of experimental data for statistical analysis. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the constitutional structure of ordinary college students after the introduction of health promotion exercises, the respiratory system function, strength and quality index, myocardial function index, cardiovascular system function, flexible quality index and renal function index The four main characteristics (common factors) have been improved, indicating that practicing and guiding health literacy helps to improve students’ physical fitness and provides a solid scientific basis for promoting the promotion of health literacy.
