In cupola smelting process, a reasonable organization of the air directly related to the hot metal temperature, composition and cupola melting rate. In hot metal temperature reaches the highest value of the amount of air as the best amount of air supply. Cupola work in the best state of the amount of air supply, hot metal temperature, temperature fluctuations in small, less burning elements, thermal efficiency. In order to ensure that the cupola work in the best condition, equipped with excellent performance air flow instrumentation and control devices are essential.
