在提高经济效益的前提下实现工农业总产值翻两番,是到2000年我国人民奋力以求的目标,在这一过程中,劳动就业问题将始终存在。据预测,1980—2000年,我国的劳动力人数将从4.2亿增加到6.1亿左右,平均每年增长1.8%,虽然低于1952—1980年2.5%的增长率,但平均净增的绝对量却比那一时期多出25%以上。特别需要指出的是,今后二十年间农业劳动生产率的大幅度提高,将使目前已经比较严重的农业劳动力过剩问题更为加剧。妥善解决
