As mankind moves towards the 21st century, the railway industry has been working hard to improve its transport efficiency and has made many innovations and inventions. Great achievements have been made. One of the most outstanding achievements is the improvement of Axle weight of the vehicle. Heavy-haul train development started in the 1960s and lasted until the 1990s. Figure 1 shows the average load per truck increased from 1930 to 1990. figure 2?
