商务部、环境保护部关于印发《对外投资合作环境保护指南》的通知(商合函[2013]74号)这一指南为指导中国企业在对外投资合作中进一步规范环境保护行为,及时识别和防范环境风险,引导企业积极履行环境保护社会责任,树立中国企业良好对外形象,推动对外投资合作可持续发展而制定。对外劳务合作管理条例(中华人民共和国国务院令第620号)国家鼓励和支持依法开展对外劳务合作,提高对外劳务合作水平,维护劳务人员的合法权益。为规范对外劳务合作,保障劳务人员的合法权益,促进对外劳务合作健康发展,制定此条例。条例对对外劳务合作经营资格、企业和劳务人员、与对外劳务合作有关的合同、政府的服务和管理、法律责任等都有明确的规定。
Circular of the Ministry of Commerce and the MEP on Printing and Distributing the Guidelines on Environmental Protection of Cooperation with Foreign Investors (SAI [2013] No. 74) This guideline guides Chinese enterprises in further regulating their environmental protection activities in their investment cooperation abroad, identifying and preventing them in a timely manner Environmental risks, guide enterprises to actively fulfill their social responsibilities for environmental protection, establish a good external image for Chinese enterprises, and promote the sustainable development of cooperation in overseas investment. Regulations on the Administration of Labor Services Cooperation (No. 620 of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China) The state encourages and supports foreign labor service cooperation in accordance with the law, improves the level of labor service cooperation with foreign countries and safeguard the lawful rights and interests of service workers. This ordinance is enacted to regulate foreign labor service cooperation, safeguard the lawful rights and interests of labor service personnel and promote the healthy development of foreign labor service cooperation. The regulations clearly stipulate the qualifications of foreign labor service cooperation business, enterprises and labor personnel, contracts relating to labor service cooperation, government service and management, and legal liabilities.
