目的了解医院科研人员幸福感程度及其影响因素。方法 2013年3月采用幸福感指数问卷对某三级甲等医院的280名医护科研人员进行问卷调查,然后按照性别、专业、职称进行分组比较。结果医院科研人员幸福感和生活满意度在性别分组上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护士与医生在幸福感(t=3.273,P=0.001)与生活满意度(t=2.745,P=0.000)差异有统计学意义;初级、中级、高级职称在幸福感(F=7.480,P=0.000)与生活满意度(F=6.350,P=0.014)差异有统计学意义。结论护士、初、中级职称人员生活压力更大,幸福感不足,是医院管理需要重点关注的群体。
Objective To understand the degree of happiness of hospital researchers and its influencing factors. Methods In March 2013, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 280 medical and nursing staff of a tertiary level Hospitals using the well-being index questionnaire, and then compared according to gender, profession and title. Results There was no significant difference in happiness and life satisfaction between hospitalized researchers and sex workers (P> 0.05). Nurses and physicians had significant difference in happiness (t = 3.273, P = 0.001) and life satisfaction = 0.000), the difference was statistically significant. There was a significant difference in the level of happiness (F = 7.480, P = 0.000) and life satisfaction (F = 6.350, P = 0.014) for primary, intermediate and senior professional titles. Conclusion Nurses, junior and mid-level titles have more stressful lives and less well-being. They are the groups that need to pay more attention to in hospital management.
