本文采用“丹佛智能筛查表穿线计分法”对农村散居小儿八月至五岁646例智能发育、八月至六岁4月761例语言发育进行了调查,结果经过统计学处理后,显示出智能发育分数与抱起时月令成负相关关系。即抱起来越早(抱起时月令越小),智能发育越好,会说话越早(P<0.001)。文中显示,分别于2个月内、2~3月内、3~4月内、4个月后抱起来的小儿,9个月以前会说话的分别占13/189(68.78‰)、5/240(20.83‰)、2/151(13.245‰)、1/181(5.52‰)。差异非常显著(P<0.01)。根据调查结果,我们试把月龄0~4月定为早期教育的敏感期,在敏感期尤其是新生儿期教育效果最好。
