先证者(Ⅳ_4),男,4个月,左眼脸肿胀,流稀薄血性分泌物两天。查体:发育正常,营养中等,意识清楚。呼吸24次/分,脉搏120次/分,皮肤粘膜未见出血点及瘀斑,全身浅表淋巴结不肿大;左上眼睑高度肿胀,表面青紫,眼裂闭合,有稀薄血性分泌物自眼流出;心肺未见异常,肝脾不肿大;四肢关节无肿胀。化验叠白细胞10,400,血红蛋白14g,血小板15万,出血时间
Proximals (Ⅳ_4), male, 4 months, left eye swelling, thin bloody discharge for two days. Physical examination: normal development, moderate nutrition, clear awareness. Breathing 24 times / min, pulse 120 beats / min, skin and mucous membrane no bleeding and ecchymosis, systemic superficial lymph nodes is not swollen; upper eyelid height swelling, surface bruising, closed eyes, thin bloody discharge from the eye out ; No abnormal heart and lung, liver and spleen not swollen; limbs and joints without swelling. Laboratory white blood cells 10,400, hemoglobin 14g, 150,000 platelets, bleeding time
