通过对狗的心导纳图与心阻抗图受基础阻抗影响的比较研究表明:阻抗图法测出的波幅(△Z)和一导数最大值(dz/dt|max)会受到动物体测量部位基础阻抗(Z_o)大小的严重影响,不可能较为准确地反映血管和血流情况,而导纳图的波幅(△y)和一阶导数最大值(dz/dt|max)则不受其基础阻抗大小的明显影响,故能比较准确的反应血管和血流情况。当进行时相分析、阻抗图法和导纳图法相似,两者都是合用的。
