随着社会对人才要求的不断提高,传统的教学模式已经逐渐发生相应的转变,其中对于高职院校来说,为了更好的提高学生的综合素质与专业技能,增强其实践应用能力,逐渐开始实行校企合作、工学结合的形式,学生顶岗实习模式已经较为普遍。但是在学生顶岗实习期间,还存在着一定的法律风险,严重损害着学生的合法权益,因此需要加强预防和教育,注重安全风险管理,建立健全的法律规章制度,真正的保障和维护顶岗实习期间学生的合法权益。本文主要针对当前高职院校中学生在顶岗实习期间存在的法律风险现状、出现原因,以及能够针对性采取的有效解决措施进行了详细的分析和研究,对降低高职院校学生顶岗实习法律风险具有重要的参考价值。
With the continuous improvement of social requirements for talents, the traditional teaching mode has been gradually changed accordingly.
