家族性震颤或良性特发性震颤又称 Minor’s 病,是一种常染色体显性遗传疾病。临床上并非少见,多数患者有阳性家族史。病始于20~30岁,男性多于女性。主要临床症状是手、臂、头面等部位的细小或粗大震颤;唇、舌及下肢震颤罕见。本病可有间歇期,可因运动、疲劳、情绪激动、焦虑、精神刺激等因素而加重症状;静位、睡眠、甚至在饮酒后症状减轻或消失,故易误诊为神经官能症或震颤麻痹。本院门诊观察治疗一例,报告如下,并附其家谱调查图。
Familial tremor or benign essential tremor, also known as Minor’s disease, is an autosomal dominant genetic disorder. Clinically not uncommon, most patients have a positive family history. The disease begins in 20 to 30 years of age, more men than women. The main clinical symptoms are hand or arm, head and other parts of the small or rough tremor; lip, tongue and lower limb tremor rare. The disease may have intermittent period, may be due to exercise, fatigue, agitation, anxiety, mental stimulation and other factors aggravate the symptoms; rest, sleep, and even reduce or disappear after drinking alcohol, it is often misdiagnosed as neurosis or paralysis paralysis .
