随着药学科学的不断发展,药学教育的改革势在必行。目前我国的药学教育事业仍然存在长期以来一直存在的培养与使用脱节的矛盾。历年来我国药学专业的毕业生并不算多,但由于培养目标不明确,专业划分和课程设置不甚合理,加上各级卫生行政领导对药学毕业生缺乏了解和重视,使用不合理,致使许多毕业生发挥不了应有的作用,有的甚至不得不被迫改行。为了加快我国药学事业的发展,有必要请教育部门、卫生部门及其它使用药学毕业生的部门的领导一起来参加药学教育改革的讨论,以解决长期以来悬而未决的问题。

In order to speed up the development of pharmaceutical industry in our country, it is necessary to ask the leaders of departments of education, health and other departments that use pharmaceutical graduates to attend the discussions on the reform of pharmacy education so as to solve the long-standing issue of unresolved issues.
