各位代表:现在,我代表省人民政府,向大会作关于我省国民经济和社会发展“九五”计划及2010年远景目标纲要的报告。未来15年是社会主义现代化建设事业继往开来的重要时期,也是湖北实现振兴崛起的关键时期。对制定“九五”计划和2010年远景目标纲要这一事关全局和长远发展的大事。全省人民十分关注。早在1994年9月,省委、省政府就组织力量进行调查研究,着手各项准备工作。去年10月,省委六届四次全体(扩大)会议根据党的十四届五中全会精神,认真讨论并通过了我省国民经济和社会发展“九五”计划及2010年远景目标的建
Distinguished Delegates: Now, on behalf of the provincial people’s government, I will give a report to the General Assembly on the “Nine-Five” plan for our national economy and social development and the outline for the 2010 Vision. The next 15 years will be an important period for the cause of socialist modernization to open for the future and will be a crucial period for the revitalization and revival of Hubei. It is a matter of overall and long-term development for formulating the “1995” plan and the 2010 Vision Plan. The people in the province are very concerned.
