作者之一曾以硝基羟胺为试剂作醛的分光光度测定,本文应用逆流分溶法对丙醛、丁醛、戊醛、己醛、庚醛、苯甲醛及糠醛进行了分析研究。选择以仲丁醇—水作为溶剂体系,测得了诸醛的分溶常数K,实验曲线与理论曲线符合良好,分溶后各管中含醛量采用上、下相合并一次比色测定的方法,简化了实验手续,扩大了Angeli检出醛的专属试剂硝基羟胺的应用范围。
