目的了解丽水市食品中食源性致病菌的污染状况及动态变化,为加强食品安全监管提供科学依据,预防食物中毒的发生。方法按照2007年-2012年度国家食源性疾病监测工作方案对丽水市食品中的致病菌进行监测,建立监测信息通报机制。结果 2007年-2012年丽水市在售食品2 808项检测中,蜡样芽孢杆菌检出率为11.76%,创伤弧菌检出率为11.54%,副溶血性弧菌检出率为9.67%,金黄色葡萄球菌检出率为6.75%,沙门菌检出率为6.10%,单增李斯特菌检出率为2.77%,阪崎肠杆菌检出率为1.56%,大肠杆菌O157:H7检出率为0.27%。结论丽水市主要食品均受到食源性致病菌不同程度的污染,为加强食品的致病菌污染监测及监管工作提供了科学依据,提高了监管的针对性,预防食物中毒的发生。
Objective To understand the pollution status and dynamic changes of food-borne pathogenic bacteria in food in Lishui City, and to provide a scientific basis for strengthening food safety regulation and prevent the occurrence of food poisoning. Methods According to the National Foodborne Disease Surveillance Program for 2007-2012, pathogens in food in Lishui City were monitored, and a monitoring information notification mechanism was established. Results The detection rate of Bacillus cereus was 11.76%, the detection rate of Vibrio vulnificus was 11.54%, the detection rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was 9.67% in the 2 808 tests of foodstuffs sold in Lishui City from 2007 to 2012, Staphylococcus aureus detection rate was 6.75%, Salmonella detection rate was 6.10%, Listeria monocytogenes detection rate was 2.77%, Enterobacter sakazakii detection rate was 1.56%, E. coli O157: H7 was detected The rate was 0.27%. Conclusion The main foods in Lishui City are all contaminated by food-borne pathogenic bacteria to some extent, which provides a scientific basis to strengthen the monitoring and supervision of pathogenic bacteria in food, and enhances the pertinence of supervision and prevents the occurrence of food poisoning.
