由中国科学学与科技政策研究会,甘肃省科学学研究会,甘肃省自然辩证法研究会、《科技、经济、社会》杂志联合召开的“全国省、区规划学术讨论会”于8月19日至24日在甘肃省敦煌县举行。来自全国各省、市、自治区的近百名代表参加了会议,讨论了省、区规划的理论、方法,省区经济、社会发展的战略、目标,特别是大西北的发展问题。会上交流了五十余篇学术论文,现摘出四篇,以飨读者。
By the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association, Gansu Province Science Research Association, Gansu Dialectics Research Association, “science and technology, economy and society” magazine jointly held the “national provincial and district planning Symposium” on August 19 Held in Dunhuang, Gansu Province on the 24th. Nearly a hundred representatives from all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China attended the conference and discussed the theories and methods of provincial and district planning, the strategies and targets of provincial economy and social development, and especially the development of the northwest. More than fifty academic papers were exchanged at the meeting, and four were now extracted to readers.
