过去透视检查一定要在暗室内进行,但是暗室有很多缺点:如病人从普通光线下进入暗室是非常不习惯的,什么都看不见;暗室中裝有很多机器,电线和高压变压器嗡嗡的声音,使病人感到恐惧;小孩子透视几乎每个都哭、害怕;此外暗室中通风较差,空气不好,夏天温度高。当外科、骨科使用透视取异物、或食道造影和骨折整复时,医生护士在暗室中配合工作亦感到不方便。为了改变上述缺点,我们制作了折叠式暗箱,把暗室范围缩小到荧光屏前。经试用效果甚佳,现将折叠暗箱的制法介绍如下,以供参考,并请同志们提出改进意见。

The trial results very good, now the method of folding black box introduced below, for reference, and comrades are invited to make improvements.
