本文回顾总结我院利用多种血液净化技术救治各型重症药物或毒物中毒的临床疗效。探讨分析血液净化疗法治疗急性中毒的作用特点、相关注意事项及影响因素等。从1991年至1997年,我院利用多种血液净化技术救治各型重症药物或毒物中毒患者67例,总成活率82％。说明血液净化疗法是目前抢救急性重症药物或毒物中毒的积极措施之一,而全面综合治疗和早期血液净化同时进行是提高救治成活率的关键因素。
This article reviews the clinical efficacy of using various blood purification techniques in our hospital to treat various types of severe drugs or poisoning. To investigate and analyze the characteristics of blood purification therapy in the treatment of acute poisoning, related precautions and influencing factors. From 1991 to 1997, our hospital used a variety of blood purification technology to treat 67 cases of various types of severe drug or poisoning poisoning, with a total survival rate of 82%. Description of blood purification therapy is currently one of the active measures to rescue acute severe drugs or poisoning, and comprehensive treatment and early blood purification at the same time is to improve the survival of the key factors.
