为及时掌握宁夏重点地区吸毒人群HIV感染状况及流行动态,我们于1998年4月对银川市某强制戒毒所内518名吸毒者进行调查及HIV抗体检测,采用艾滋病监测中心吸毒者监测登记表,所有调查对象均静脉采血作HIV抗体检测.ELISA法初筛试验抗体阳性再进行确认试验,按标准判定结果.由此发现2例抗-HIV阳性.这是我区自开展HIV监测以来,首次从吸毒人群中发现的HTV感
In order to keep abreast of HIV status and prevalence in drug addicts in key areas in Ningxia, we conducted a survey and HIV antibody testing on 518 drug addicts in a compulsory drug addiction treatment center in Yinchuan City in April 1998.
