在安全管理的理念中,无论是执行者,还是思想体;无论是HSE体系的推进,还是风险的管控,无一不和人有着直接密切的关系。让人变得安全,是人类追求的最高目标。一、人的主观因素与安全的联系(一)人的意识意识是人类大脑的一切活动及结果,即作为具有自觉性的思维。1、意识的形成意识的本质是人脑与客观世界的矛盾,其规律即自觉性。自觉即能动的认识及指导人类的自我自由的实现。所以,让人把安全变成一种意识是尤为重要的。
