针对当前我国煤矿的实际情况,就我国矿井有关“一通三防”灾害的存在现状、最基本的一些治理方法进行了有针对性的分析,在这个基础上,提出了“一通三防”灾害的防治目标,提出了进行“一通三防”灾害有效治理的技术思路等等,所有这些对于保证我国矿井在通防安全方面的持续发展以及健康发展都有着极其重要的现实作用。
