卫生部陈敏章部长于96年12月19日下午在全国卫生工作会议上所做的《深化改革,加快开发,开创卫生工作新局面》的报告中指出今后要努力抓好七个重点领域的工作。各级党委、政府要切实加强对卫生工作的全面领导,把卫生工作作为关心群众疾苦,密切党群关系、促进经济和社会发展的大事来抓。卫生行政部门要主动当好党委和政府的参谋与助手,深入调查研究,为党委和政府的决策提供科学依据。一、大力推进农村卫生工作,提高农村卫生整体水平
