断“皇粮”走市场,中国出版业正在经历一场前所未有的大变革。建立适应出版集团现状,接轨市场、激励有效、科学合理、易于操作的集团化薪酬体系是变革的首要任务。为此,我们应了解出版业薪酬现状,对薪酬改革进行充分理解,找出思路,定出目标,设计一套体现出资者管理、以市场为导向、以利润绩效为指标、以企业长远发展为原则的薪酬体系。正确处理国家、企业、员工、经营者四者的利益关系,使得薪酬分配兼顾外部公平、内部竞争,真正起到有效地激励作用。
Breaking the “royal grain” market, China’s publishing industry is undergoing an unprecedented major change. Establishing a group-based compensation system that adapts to the current situation of the publishing group, connects with the market, motivates effective, scientific, reasonable and easy-to-operate is the primary task of change. To this end, we should understand the status quo in the publishing industry, fully understand remuneration reform, identify ideas and set goals. We should design a set of guidelines that reflect the management of the sponsors, market orientation, profit performance as an indicator, and the long-term development of the enterprise as Principles of the pay system. Correctly handling the interest relations among the four countries, enterprises, employees and operators makes the remuneration distribution take into consideration both external equity and internal competition and really play an effective incentive role.
