今年是我国县乡人大换届选举年。据广东省委机关报《南方日报》2016年8月19日讯——《从化人大代表换届选举,流动票箱“走进”田间》。此文称:“对于较分散的选民,杨凤玲和其他工作人员一户户地走进选民家中,走上田间地头,方便了选民投票,保证每一位选民能够依法行使选举权利。”笔者认为,流动票箱“走进”田间不妥,有悖于选举法的规定精神。选举法第三十七条规定:“选举委员会应当根据各选区选民分布状
