今年是前郭尔罗斯蒙古族自治县(以下简称自治县)成立60周年,在各项事业蓬勃发展的同时,立法工作也取得显著成绩。自1984年《民族区域自治法》颁行至今,该自治县共出台自治条例和单行条例14部,自治县法规体系已基本形成。主要立法成就(一)自治条例《前郭尔罗斯蒙古族自治县自治条例》是1991年5月25日出台的,修订后于2007年9月1日重新公布实施,在原有基础上取得了较大突破:在政治建设方面规定:确立“友好诚信、求实创新、团结奉献、敢为人先”为前郭尔罗斯精神;
