通过拉伸试验,金相显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜等分析手段研究了不同退火温度下Al-4.5Mg-0.7Mn-0.4Er-0.1Zr铝合金的力学性能和显微组织。结果表明,随着退火温度的增加,合金的力学性能和微观组织都有明显变化。在低于200℃退火1 h,合金主要发生回复过程,强度和塑性变化不大,而200~300℃退火1h后,合金发生再结晶,同时强度显著降低,塑性明显改善。高于300℃退火1 h,合金晶粒长大,但强度和塑性变化很小。退火过程中,合金中大量含Er元素的析出相对晶粒长大有明显的抑制作用。`
The mechanical properties and microstructure of Al-4.5Mg-0.7Mn-0.4Er-0.1Zr aluminum alloy were investigated by tensile test, optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature, the mechanical properties and microstructure of the alloy have obvious changes. At annealing below 200 ℃ for 1 h, the alloy mainly reacts with little change in strength and ductility. After annealed at 200-300 ℃ for 1 h, the alloy recrystallizes with a significant decrease in strength and a significant improvement in ductility. When annealed at 300 ℃ for 1 h, the alloy grains grew up, but the change of strength and plasticity was small. During the annealing process, the precipitation of a large amount of Er-containing elements in the alloy significantly inhibits the grain growth. `
