1 国内液态沥青计量情况的调研和分析沥青搅拌机械中液态沥青的计量装置和计量方法,一般都使用不同类型的电子秤。由于结构和线路复杂,易出故障,不便于检修和电子元件购置困难等直接影响生产。液态沥青罐出、入口的连接和进罐时的冲击力,使电子秤的计量不可能达到要求的精度。同时在灰尘较大的环境里使用电子秤,也很难保证电子秤的准确性。尤其是地处沿海地区施工中,对电子秤更不利。因此,对电子秤在沥青混凝土拌和设备中必须要进行改进。
1 Investigation and Analysis of Domestic Liquid Asphalt Measurements Measurement and analysis of liquid asphalt in asphalt mixing machinery generally uses different types of electronic scales. Due to the complex structure and circuit, it is easy to fail, inconvenient for maintenance and difficult to purchase electronic components, which directly affects production. The connection of the liquid asphalt tank outlet, the entrance and the impact force when entering the tank make it impossible for the electronic scale to achieve the required accuracy. It is also difficult to ensure the accuracy of electronic scales by using electronic scales in dusty environments. Especially in the construction of coastal areas, it is more detrimental to electronic scales. Therefore, the electronic scale must be improved in the asphalt concrete mixing equipment.
