随着国家建筑业的发展,工程建设规模日益扩大,技术和环境复杂性日益增加,采用电渣焊的箱型柱甚至多箱型柱越来越被广泛采用于高层建筑中。本文通过对国际上建筑普遍采用的四面电渣焊与两面电渣焊,从结构形式、质量和劳动强度三方面进行分析,增强从业企业对电渣焊的全面深度认识,提高改进技术,也为企业如何选择合适的生产工艺、提高产品质量,进行人性化管理提出参考建议;同时针对目前企业技术改进创新的不足,提出了技术的进步来源于日常的生产总结、改进等。
With the development of national construction industry, the scale of engineering construction is expanding day by day, and the complexity of technology and environment is increasing day by day. Box-type columns and even multi-box columns adopting electroslag welding are widely used in high-rise buildings. This article analyzes the structural form, quality and labor intensity through the four-sided electroslag welding and two-side electroslag welding commonly used in the international construction to enhance the practitioners’ comprehensive and deep understanding of electroslag welding and improve the improved technology. How to choose suitable production process, improve product quality and make humanized management put forward reference suggestions; At the same time, in view of the current lack of technological innovation in enterprises, the technical advances come from the daily production summary, improvement and so on.
