Experimental studies have shown that the reasonable choice of male college students in “speeding up” and “strengthing” projects has a positive effect on improving the overall “standard” of college boys. (See No. 3, 1996) Is this the same guidance for college girls’ “compliance” projects? 50m running and one minute inter-situp is not the speed class and strength class “standard” the overall level of girls as a whole?
