目的 观察淋巴结良恶性增生细胞在LSM下的一般形态 ,特别是自体荧光特征。方法 采用LSM对淋巴结反应性增生 ( 5例 )、恶性淋巴瘤 ( 15例 )的细胞进行激光透射 (LT)、激光反射 (LR)及荧光观察。结果 发现增生细胞的一般形态要比CM下更为显著。在 4 88nm单色激光激发下 ,良恶性增生细胞及其周围RBC的自体荧光相对强度有显著不同。结论 LSM下淋巴结良恶性增生细胞及周围RBC的自体荧光特征可为其鉴别诊断提供重要依据。
Objective To observe the general morphology of lymph node benign and malignant proliferation cells under LSM, especially the characteristics of autofluorescence. Methods Laser transillumination (LT), laser reflectance (LR) and fluorescence were performed on LSM-induced reactive hyperplasia (5 cases) and malignant lymphoma (15 cases). Results The general morphology of hyperplastic cells was found to be more pronounced than that of CM. The relative intensity of autofluorescence of benign and malignant proliferating cells and their surrounding RBCs was significantly different under excitation of a 488 nm monochromatic laser. Conclusion The autofluorescence characteristics of lymph node benign and malignant hyperplasia cells and surrounding RBCs under LSM can provide an important basis for the differential diagnosis.
