The fundamental changes that have taken place in the world’s transportation structure in recent years have shifted from traditional rail transport to road transport. This is a necessary change in the world economic development. In many developed countries, the annual volume of freight transportation by road accounts for over 40% of the total turnover and the passenger traffic accounts for more than 50%, and continues to increase the percentage of road transport.
