本文以萝卜雄性不育系318A、415A及相应的保持系318B、 415B为供试材料,对花药、花丝及雌蕊内游离氨基酸含量进行了分析。结果表明:测定的17种氨基酸在不同品系、不同育性的花器官组织中均有存在。两个品系萝卜可育花药脯氨酸含量均为不育花药含量的两倍以上,花药内游离脯氨酸含量与花药育性有密切关系。花丝中谷氨酸含量高。两个品系萝卜不育花花丝谷氨酸含量分别为可育花花丝含量的1.44倍及2.93倍。萝卜雌蕊中也存在有少量的脯氨酸。
In this paper, the radish male sterile lines 318A and 415A and the corresponding maintainer lines 318B and 415B were used as materials to analyze the contents of free amino acids in anthers, filaments and pistils. The results showed that the 17 kinds of amino acids were found in floral organs of different strains and different fertility. The proline contents of fertile anthers of two cultivars were more than twice that of sterile anthers, and the content of free proline in anthers was closely related to the fertility of anther. High glutamic acid content in filaments. Glutamic acid content in two lines of radish sterile flowers were 1.44 and 2.93 times that of fertile flower filaments, respectively. Radish pistil also exists in a small amount of proline.
