建筑业目前是我国四大支柱行业之一,建筑设计行业作为其重要支撑力量也得到快速发展。中小型民营建筑设计企业雨后春笋般诞生,很多大型房地产企业也成立自己的建筑设计部门,这些企业从传统的建筑设计企业挖走了大量的优秀设计人才,成为传统建筑设计企业重要的竞争对手。在激烈的行业竞争格局中,传统的建筑设计企业如何培养并留住优秀设计人才成为提升持续竞争力的关键问题。
The construction industry is currently one of the four pillar industries in China. As an important supporting force, the architectural design industry has also been rapidly developed.
