2007年11月12日,科技部部长万钢、科技日报社社长张景安在山东省委常委、副省长王军民,聊城市委书记宋远方、市长林峰海等陪同下视察中通客车(上图)。中通客车董事长王庆福、总经理李海平、常务副总经理时洪功及中通电动客车项目负责人王钦普向万钢和省市领导汇报了企业技术创新、生产经营、客车出口及承担国家“八六三”计划重大项目“混合动力客车整车研发”和“奥运用纯电动客车整车研发”等方面的情况。
