本文论述了电力机车主极裂纹检测的必要性,并从主极检测的特殊性出发,选用了透射式涡流检测法对其进行有效的检测,本文重点论述了研制出的一整套涡流检测系统的工作原理及其软硬件组成。实验表明,该检测系统能够对电力机车主极裂纹进行准确有效的检测,该检测系统界面友好、实用、有效。
In this paper, the necessity of testing the main pole crack of electric locomotive is discussed. Based on the particularity of the main pole detection, a transmissive eddy current testing method is adopted to detect it effectively. This paper focuses on the development of a complete set of eddy current testing system Working principle and its hardware and software components. Experiments show that the detection system can detect the main pole crack of electric locomotive accurately and effectively. The detection system has a friendly, practical and effective interface.
