本文介绍了环境应力筛选的定义、基本特征和适用阶段,结合某型导弹的具体结构给出了相应的环境应力筛选方案,通过分析产品实施环境应力筛选的效果给出了几点建议。
This paper introduces the definition, basic characteristics and application stage of environmental stress screening, and presents the corresponding environmental stress screening scheme based on the specific structure of a missile. Some suggestions are given by analyzing the effect of environmental stress screening.
