叶多嘉同志是北京市光明小学的特级语文教师、全国著名的“三八”红旗手。她从事教育工作三十年,有着丰富的教学经验。现在,她教的五年级(1)班,是三年前接手的一个语文能力较差的班,中间又插进来十多名后进生。但是,经过叶多嘉三年的精心培育,这班学生的语文水平有了显著的提高,他们夺回了被“四人帮”耽误的时间,在学习方面赶上来了。我多次听过叶老师的讲课,深深地被她那扎扎实实的教学精神,启迪智慧的讲课艺术所吸引。
Ye Dujia is a super-level Chinese teacher in Beijing Guangming Primary School, and is known as the “March 8” Hongqi Hand. She has been teaching for 30 years and has rich teaching experience. Now she is teaching Grade 5 (1), a class with a poor language proficiency taken over three years ago, with more than a dozen students in the middle. However, after three years of careful cultivation by Ye Duogu, the students' language proficiency has been significantly improved. They have recaptured the time lost by the Gang of Four in catching up with their studies. I have heard many times about Ye's lectures and are deeply attracted by her solid teaching spirit and inspirational lecturing art.
