为探讨寒冷对电离辐射生物效应的影响 ,对大白鼠寒冷复合电离辐射的活存率和死亡鼠平均活存时间进行了观察。 4组大鼠 ,每组 10只 ,照射组剂量为 7.0Gy。结果表明 ,在观察期内常温组和寒冷组全部活存 ,常温照射组和寒冷照射组全部死亡。寒冷照射组在冷适应后进行照射 ,死亡鼠平均活存时间比常温照射组显著延长 (P单侧<0 .0 5 ) ,可能是冷适应提高了大鼠对辐射的抵抗能力
To investigate the effect of cold on the biological effects of ionizing radiation, the survival rate of cold combined ionizing radiation in rats and the average survival time of dead mice were observed. Four groups of rats, 10 rats in each group. The irradiation dose was 7.0 Gy. The results showed that in the normal temperature group and the cold group all survived in the observation period, the normal temperature irradiation group and the cold irradiation group all died. The cold irradiation group was irradiated after cold acclimation, and the average survival time of the dead rats was significantly longer than that of the normal temperature irradiation group (P <0.05), and cold acclimation may improve the rat’s resistance to radiation
