目的:探讨游泳与同步感觉刺激对婴儿生长发育的影响。方法:对48名新生儿进行游泳训练和同步感觉刺激并设对照组,记录两组儿童3个月、6个月时的身长、体重均值及发育指标。每3个月进行1次Gesell发育指标评定和婴幼儿智能发育量表测试。结果:两组婴儿体重、身长发育均值比较,差异显著P<0.01。各能区发育以大运动、精细运动、个人交往能区发育商差异显著,P<0.01。智力发育商数(MD I)和运动发育商数(PD I)比较,差异显著P<0.01。
Objective: To investigate the effects of swimming and synchronous sensory stimulation on infant growth and development. Methods: 48 newborn infants were subjected to swimming training and simultaneous sensory stimulation. A control group was set up. The body length, weight mean and developmental indexes of the two groups were recorded at 3 months and 6 months. Gesell developmental assessment and infant developmental intelligence test were conducted once every 3 months. Results: The average weight and height of infants in two groups were significantly different (P <0.01). The development of energy in each area with large sports, fine motor, individual communicative energy zone development significantly different, P <0.01. There was a significant difference between the number of mental developmental trades (MD I) and the number of motor developmental trades (PD I) P <0.01.
