p27是目前国内外研究得较多的一种多功能CKIs,它可以多种方式参与细胞周期的调控,最终抑制细胞的分裂和增殖,促进细胞的分化和凋亡。现就其与妇科肿瘤的关系作一综述。
p27 is a multi-functional CKIs studied more and more at home and abroad. It can participate in the regulation of cell cycle in a variety of ways and ultimately inhibit cell division and proliferation, and promote cell differentiation and apoptosis. Now on its relationship with gynecological tumors are reviewed.
